My story
Since 2005 I've helped families across Yuba City, Marysville and the greater Yuba-Sutter region buy and sell real estate, in both English and Spanish. What started as a passion for helping people find the right home has grown into 269 closed transactions and a reputation built on honesty, patience, and knowing this market street by street.
My experience goes beyond typical listings. I work with single-family homes, land and acreage, farm and ranch property, multifamily, investment property, VA loan buyers, first-time buyers and 1031 exchanges. That range matters: whether you're buying your very first home or repositioning an investment, you're working with someone who has handled your specific kind of transaction before.
I work alongside my daughter Ana as a father-daughter team. Our promise is simple, we treat your move with the same care we'd want for our own family, and we make sure you understand every step, in the language you prefer.
Two things I refuse to do: leave you in silence, or pretend I'm just passing through. You get straight answers, the bad news as fast as the good, and someone who picks up the phone, because I'm at the closing table in these towns every week, not reading about them.

Pricing, inspections, financing, disclosures, closing costs, I translate all of it into plain language, in English or Spanish, so you always know exactly where you stand and what happens next.

I push for your best terms and stay on top of every deadline through closing. And when the keys change hands, I'm still your agent, most of my business comes from families who came back or sent a neighbor.
