California real estate documents are executed in English. No agent can change that, and any agent who implies otherwise is telling you what you want to hear. What Antonio does instead is straightforward: nothing gets signed until it has been explained in Spanish, in plain language, with time to ask questions. If a document matters, you will understand it before it binds you.
